Contact usHow much time should I allow for a project?
It depends on the project and the schedule: a one-off repair does not take the same time as a full restoration. An estimated timeframe is included with the quote and confirmed once it is approved.
Can I provide my own leather or material?
You can, although it is not always recommended. We first check its compatibility with the intended use: thickness, resistance, UV stability, care and final appearance.
What photos do you need for a first conversation?
Ideally, send an overall view, close-ups of the damaged areas and a photo taken in good light. For a vehicle, include the model, year and the parts concerned.
Do you only work with leather?
No. We work with leather, imitation leather, vinyl and technical fabrics according to the use, the desired finish and the budget.
Can you restore an element to its original appearance?
Yes. The aim is to recover the original look with identical or equivalent materials when the exact references are no longer available.
How do the quote, payment and booking work?
After an initial exchange, we define the project, timeframe and budget, then send a quote. The date is booked once the quote is approved and the agreed deposit has been paid.
