Effective from 01/01/2026
Scope
These terms and conditions apply to every order placed with Sellerie du Parc:
- Craft services provided on the basis of a quote (repair/restoration/custom work)
- Sale of goods where products are offered (online or to order)
- Professional training (specific conditions appear in the professional training section below)
In the event of a contradiction, the specific terms (signed quote, purchase order or training contract/agreement) take precedence over these terms and conditions.
Quotes, orders and acceptance
Every craft service is covered by a quote setting out the details, price, indicative timeframe and terms.
The order is considered accepted upon receipt of:
- the dated and signed quote (or written approval),
- and any deposit stated in the quote.
Timeframes are indicative unless otherwise agreed in writing and may vary depending on supply, complexity and the workshop schedule.
Pricing and invoicing
Prices are stated in euros and set out in the quote (excluding or including VAT according to the applicable tax regime).
An invoice is issued at the end of the service, or according to the agreed schedule.
Any additional costs (transport, collection/delivery, shipping, parking, customs duties or taxes outside France) are payable by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Accepted methods: card / bank transfer / PayPal / payment solutions (e.g. SumUp, Revolut, Qonto and similar services).
Unless otherwise stated in the quote:
- a deposit is due when the order is placed,
- the balance is due on return or according to the agreed schedule.
In the event of late payment, Sellerie du Parc may suspend the order in progress.
Specific conditions for craft services
Goods entrusted to the workshop (vehicles, seats, components, furniture, etc.)
The customer agrees to provide a clean and reasonably empty item and to report any sensitive points (airbags, electrical components, fragile areas, previous repairs, etc.).
Materials, colours and finish
Leather, imitation leather and textiles may naturally vary in grain, colour and patina. Unless an identical match is expressly agreed in writing, reasonable tolerance is accepted.
Project photographs
Photographs or videos of a project are used on social media, the website or the portfolio only with the customer’s consent, given in writing or through a dedicated checkbox on the quote or form.
Delivery, return and shipping
The completed item may be returned at the workshop, through a carrier or by another agreed method.
For shipping, risk transfers to the customer when the item is handed to the carrier (unless mandatory law provides otherwise). The customer must check the parcel on receipt and make any necessary reservations.
Right of withdrawal
Principle
For contracts concluded at a distance or away from business premises, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period.
Common exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not generally apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, nor to certain services fully performed under the conditions set by law.
Warranties and liability
Sale of goods
When a good is sold, consumers benefit from the statutory warranties of conformity and hidden defects provided by law.

Sellerie du Parc undertakes to carry out the service in accordance with the accepted quote and the standards of the trade.
Sellerie du Parc cannot be held liable for:
- defects caused by normal wear or a pre-existing defect in the support,

- a customer request contrary to recommendations (e.g. a material unsuitable for the intended use).
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, any compensation is limited to the amount of the service concerned, excluding indirect loss.
